A quarter-century at the stove — now at yours.
Anastasia spent over twenty-five years as a chef and restaurant owner in London, cooking for guests who came back week after week for the same reason: the food tasted like it had been made for them. That is the philosophy she brings home to Cyprus.
She works quietly, one household at a time. She listens first — to the children, to the grandparents, to the doctor’s notes on the fridge — and only then does she begin to teach.

The Week, Unhurried
How a week with Anastasia unfolds.

The Home Visit
Anastasia visits your home to meet the family and your domestic worker. She learns your tastes, allergies, portion sizes — whether there are children who won't touch coriander, or a grandmother who prefers everything a little softer.

A Bespoke Menu
Together you shape a menu that fits your household: Cypriot classics like koupepia, afelia and stifado alongside international dishes your family already loves — Italian, Middle Eastern, British Sunday roasts, whatever feels like home.

Five Days, Two Hours
For one week, Anastasia arrives with her own transport and works alongside your domestic worker for two hours each day — shopping, prepping, cooking and plating. Real kitchen, real ingredients, real repetition.

A Confident Kitchen
By the end of the week, your worker leaves with a written recipe folder, techniques rehearsed by hand, and the confidence to cook meals your family will look forward to — every day, long after Anastasia has gone.

The Investment
€500 for the week.
A single, all-inclusive fee for five days of private, in-home tuition. Anastasia brings herself, her recipes, and her own transport — anywhere on the island.

- Where in Cyprus do you teach?
- Anywhere on the island. Anastasia travels in her own vehicle at no additional cost — Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and everywhere in between.
- What if we have specific dietary needs?
- Menus are built around your household. Diabetic, low-salt, gluten-free, halal, vegetarian, softer textures for elderly relatives, fussy children — all considered before the first lesson.
- Which cuisines will be taught?
- As much or as little Cypriot as you'd like. Anastasia also teaches Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Italian and classic British home cooking — chosen with you before the week begins.
- Do we need to provide anything?
- Only your kitchen and the ingredients for the menu you approve. Anastasia will guide the shopping list; nothing else is required.
